Hi We can't offer you exercise facilities on the premises, but you can rent bikes or get a daypass for the spa & wellness centre at our sister hotel Hotel Kong Arthur close by at dkk 75 per person. At the spa, you'll also find a small fitness centre which included in the day pass. Hi If you book "Last Christmas" the rate is DKK 398 per person/night in a medium room , and if you book "Young at Heart" the rate is DKK 495,- per person/night in a large room. Hello From the airport you can take the metro (M2, direction "Vanløse") directly to Nørreport Station (a 15 minute ride). From there you can either walk to Hotel Fox (a 10 minute walk) or take bus 5A a couple of stops directly to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which will be approx. DKK 220 / € 30. Dear Yuro New Year's in Copenhagen can definitely be a lot of fun. There will be displays of firework all over the city, and the Copenhageners like to party. Copenhagen in January is cold, dark and beautiful, and there is lots to do and see in the city. Visit interesting museums - many even for free - go to concerts or enjoy the Danish speciality "smørrebrød" (open face sandwiches). A stroll down "Strøget" - the world's largest pedestrian street - is also a must, and so is a visit to one of the many cafés, where you can experience the special Danish notion "cosiness". Last, but not least, I recommend a few hours of relaxation at our sister hotel, Hotel Kong Arthur's luxurious spa and wellness area (free of charge when staying at one of our hotels). I would recommend that you stay in Copenhagen - travelling around the country is more fun in the summer -and yes - people do bike in January, although it might require a warm outfit. Hi Luke There are several gyms in the area that offer spinning - and special day passes (70 - 100 DKK). I recommend that you check out www.fitnessdk.dk, www.fitnessworld.dk or www.sats.com. Their websites are in Danish, so this might be slightly confusing. But you can always ask our friendly staff to help you book a class when you check in - they don't mind at all! Der er mange specielle ting (tæpper, møbler, tapeter mm.) på værelserne, og det er altsammen "unika", og de kan derfor ikke erstattes, hvis de beskadigedes. PS: På Hotel Danmark og Ibsens Hotel kan man medbringe små hunde efter aftale :)

Hello. You can always request a certain room feature, and we will of course do our very best to accommodate all guests according to their wishes. The absolute majority of rooms at the hotel Fox, however, have regular double beds, so I'm afraid that we can not guarantee a room with twin beds. I hope you do decide to try the Fox anyway, as it is a wonderful place! Best regards.

The easiest solution would definitely be to take a taxi from the airport. In the daytime the price should be no higher than 250 kroner total. However, if you are up for public transport, this is actually just as fast, a lot cheaper and almost as easy. I'll just copy paste from a previous answer: The Copenhagen regional trains has a direct line between the airport and the central station. The central station is only five, ten minutes away from the Hotel Fox, so if you don’t mind walking a little bit, this is a fast, cheap and easy solution. If your boots are not made for walking, then I would instead recommend taking the Metro from the airport and to the Nørreport train station. From there you can catch the bus 5A in the direction of Sundbyvester Plads and get off at Jarmers Plads a couple of stops away, where the hotel is located. Hope this helps.

Check in is only possible from 2 pm in the afternoon since check out is at 11 am and we need time to clean the rooms between old and new guests. We do, however, have a luggage room where you can store your things untill then, and we would furthermore be glad to help with suggestions for sightseeing or other things you can do in the meantime. So please do come to the reception when you arrive, and we'll do what we can to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

Hi, 11.30 would probably be a little early for check in, but we do have a luggage room where you can leave your stuff, and if you have any valuables we can store those in a safe place as well.

Hi, The Hotel Fox does not have a courtyard or anything like that were you can lock away bikes, unfortunately. You'll have to place them on the streets. If this is very important to you, I would recommend that you instead book a room at the nearby Hotel Danmark or Hotel Kong Arthur, which both have a parking lot.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there are plenty of streets with lots of parking spaces around the hotel. We also partner with a nearby garage, where we can offer day long parking for 200 kroner.

We don't rent out bikes to non-guests, but fortunately there are plenty of other possibilities for bike rental in Copenhagen. 'Rent a bike' is probably the biggest rental company in Copenhagen, but after surfing the options I think I prefer the award winning shop Baisikeli, that also works with bike donations to Africa.
