Hej Malin! Sikke en god idé at tage i Zoo :-) Bus 6A fra Nørreport station mod Rødovrehallen kører hvert 10. minut og stopper ved Zoo. Busturen tager ca. 20 minutter, og det koster DKK 24 per person hver vej (der er 2 zoner). I betaler kontant i bussen, men på billetkontoret ved Nørreport kan I evt. købe et 10-turskort, hvis I skal rejse mere end denne dag - det koster DKK 145, og I kan bruge det begge to, så måske der er lidt at spare her :-) Hav et rigtigt dejligt ophold i København! Hi Susan, Besides the natural air conditioning from when opening the windows, the hotel does not have air con. Air con is rarely needed in Denmark - only on the few hot summer days we sometimes are lucky to have here. Furthermore, air condition is bad for the environment. So since it is not needed and we are a CO2 neutral hotel, we have chosen not to have air condition. Kind regards, Stine

Hi Johanna, We have extra beds so yes, it is possible to stay three people in a Large room. However, if you want plenty of space, I would recommend an X-Large room. I think a Large room might be a bit crowded for three people. Hej Line, Ibsens Hotel ligger kun 2,5 km fra Parken, så det er en rigtig dejlig gåtur langs med de smukke københavnske søer og gennem Fælledparken, som er den park, fodboldstadionet Parken grænser op til :-) Samtidig har I Nørreport tog-, bus- og metrostation kun 5 minutters gang fra Ibsens Hotel, så det er super nemt at komme hertil og at komme rundt i byen :-) Jeg håber på at se jer! Hej Hermann, Der er parkeringspladser langs med både Nansensgade og Vendersgade, som er de to gader, Ibsens Hotel støder op til. And what a sweet mum you have there :-) You don't have to bring her credit card, so there is no problem in her paying for your trip - not for us that is :-) However, at check-in, we ask to see a credit card as garantee, but it does not have to be the same credit card as the one the trip was payed with. Hi Alexander, Yes, it is possible to have two cots in an XL room! Just inform us when booking; then we'll make sure the cots are ready for you at arrival :-) It is DKK 150 per cot, but if your children stay in your bed (even though I guess it must be difficult when there are two of them), there is no extra charge. Hey again! I booked with lastminute.com, altho i just noticed that Lastminutes Accommodation Provider was Total Stay Group. Which might be the case. But im pretty sure i made the reservation in "Jesper sjölander" altho maybe the letter ö got messed up since it was a english website! I got a confimation letter saying I had made the booking properly etc. But what got me curious is that it stated "Address: Ibsens Vendersgade 23 Copenhagen 1363 UNITED KINGDOM" Ive got the confirmation letter here and order number etc if u need that to confirm my booking. You can take the Metro to Nørreport Station (Direction: Vanløse). This is a 15 minute ride and costs about DKK 36 per person. From Nørreport Station, Ibsens Hotel is a 5 minute walk away. Just walk down Frederiksborggade, turn left at Nørre Farimagsgade, and turn right at Vendersgade. You can see the big red neon "Hotel" sign as soon as you reach Vendersgade. You enter the parking lot from Nansensgade no. 49, and then you can walk right from the parking lot, through the inner courtyards, and then on your right after the courtyards you will be at the back entrance of Ibsens Hotel. With the long-distance traveling, you might be interested in knowing that you can rent a pair of Nike gym shoes and buy a running outfit at the hotel - then you don't have to worry about those things taking up space in the suitcase! Dear Mr Frank Avila, Our technicians are currently working on correcting the mistake with the English version of our booking engine. Not long ago, we moved our servers and this caused some problems that we are still trying to solve. My colleagues in the Booking Department speak perfectly English, and they will gladly help you making your reservation! Breakfast is not included but is DKK 155 person/day. The guideline vary slightly from hotel to hotel: Hotel Kong Arthur: Late check out free of charge until 1 pm, then 100 dkk per hour until 4-5 pm. Hello The distance from your cruise ship to our hotel depends on th elocation of your ship. From the hotel you can easily take the metro directly to the airport. It's merely a 8 minute walk to the metro station (Nørreport), and the metro only takes approx. 15. minutes to the airport. Well, that's a good question!.I've tried to google rental wheelchairs in Copenhagen, and it seems as though most companies only rent out on a weekly or a monthly basis. I think I found one placethough (the site is in Danish). As far as I can see the wheelchair would be 105 kroner in rent (35 kroner per day), 75 kroner in initial fee, and 500 kroner in transport. Furthermore they ask for a deposit of 1000 kroner. Anyway, I'm sure the good people in the reception will help you, so I'll explain the situation to them and have them contact you per e-mail on monday.

The hotel doesn't have it own parking lot, but it is situated in an area with lots of small streets where you can leave your car. The price for parking in the streets varies from almost 20 kroner per hour on a regular weekday over 3 kroner per hour at night and to free parking on sundays. We do, however, offer the possibility of parking in the parking lot that belongs to our sister hotel, the Hotel Kong Arthur, which is located right behind the Ibsens. The price is fixed at 150 kroner per day and it's not possible to pay by the hour. So what solution is the best, cheapest and most convenient for you depends on what days you are staying with us and how much you are planning to use the car. Hope this helps.

The easiest would of course be to just grab a taxi at the airport. They are readily available and will take you directly to the hotel in about 20 minutes. It is, however, just as fast and a lot cheaper to grab the metro, which will take you straight to the Nørreport train station, that is situated just 5 minutes away from the hotel if you walk. The metro leaves right beneath the airport and all lines pass the Nørreport station.

We do accept small dogs at the hotel -- just remember to tell us about it when you reserve the room. You should also know that when you bring a dog you'll probably be offered one of the smoking rooms.

The Bella Center is about five kilometers away from the hotel. Ibsens Hotel is situated in central Copenhagen while the Bella Center is a little bit outside of the city. It is, however, very easy to get there since the hotel is located just next to Nørreport train station, which has very freqent trains that will take you straight to the Bella Center.

Hi. Ibsens Hotel has a wireless connection in all guest rooms as well as common areas. It is not possible to connect by wire, though. The use of the internet is free as long as you bring your own laptop.
